Affiliate disclosure

Houston iBan Mobility Technology ("we") is a referral service. Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you book through them, the provider may pay us a commission. This never adds to your price. We only list providers we believe are suitable, but we are not responsible for their services.

Terms of use

• We are not the provider. Reservations and transportation services are fulfilled by independent third-party providers. Availability, pricing, payment, and service terms are determined by the provider. Your contract for any trip, flight or hotel is with that provider.
• Not emergency or medical transport. We do not provide, arrange or dispatch emergency or medical transportation. In an emergency, call 911.
• Payments. For rides, flights and hotels we take no payments or card details; you pay on the provider's or airline's own website. Holiday delivery is our own service: when booking opens, its prices are shown before you book, and card payments are handled by our payment processor, so we never see or store full card numbers.
• Holiday delivery. Run by us with vetted local drivers. If we miss your agreed time window, the delivery fee is refunded. We do not carry alcohol, tobacco, prescription medicines, cash, weapons or anything illegal.
• Information on this site is provided in good faith and may change. Always confirm times, prices and suitability with the provider before booking.
• Not affiliated with any airline, airport, or the State of Texas, unless a page clearly says so.

Privacy policy

We do not collect your personal details. This site has no accounts, forms or sign-ups. The only personal details we handle are the ones you send us to book a holiday delivery, described below.

Partners. When you follow a link to a provider, airline or booking site, their own privacy policy applies to anything you share with them. Affiliate links let the partner know you came from our site, so they can credit us; they do not send us your personal details.

Cookies. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Partner websites may use their own cookies after you leave our site.

Email. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Holiday delivery. To deliver an order we need the pickup place, the drop-off address, a contact name and phone number. We use these only to complete that delivery, share them only with the driver doing it, and delete them within 90 days, unless we must keep a record by law. We never sell your details.
